For restaurants, cafés, canteens and caterers

Your allergen chart in 1 minute – even when the menu changes every day

Save each dish once with its allergens, tick what's on today, and AllergenSheet builds a dated A4 allergen chart with the 14 regulated allergens. Print it, save it as a PDF or send it to the team on WhatsApp.

Built for changing menus

No more copying rows in Excel or Word every morning: add dishes once, tick today's specials, done – with the date and a legend. Add your restaurant name and logo to the header if you like.

Official names, your codes

The 14 allergens with the exact names from Annex II of Reg. (EU) 1169/2011 (also UK law). Letters, numbers or short codes – the legend always matches. US, Australia/NZ and Canada lists are built in too.

Your data stays with you

No account needed. Dishes are stored only on your device; export a backup any time.

How it works

  1. Add your dishes and their allergens once
  2. Each day, tick what's on the menu
  3. Print, save as PDF or share the chart

What the rules say

UK: allergen information for non-prepacked food is mandatory under the Food Information Regulations 2014 – the same 14 allergens. Prepacked-for-direct-sale (PPDS) food also needs a full ingredients label (Natasha's Law). Ireland: for non-prepacked food it must be in writing and easy to find without asking staff (S.I. 489/2014). A dated daily chart covers the “in writing” part for your specials.

General information, not legal advice. Your business stays responsible for the accuracy of its allergen information.
